Teams meeting audio or video not working — quick fixes

Check Teams has permission to use your camera and microphone in your operating system's privacy settings, which is the single most common cause, then confirm the correct device is selected in Teams' own audio and video settings rather than assuming the default is right. A quick sign-out and sign-in, or a restart of Teams, clears most other glitches.
