Staying included when the team is hybrid

Default to joining meetings via video call individually even when some colleagues are in a meeting room together, so remote attendees aren't stuck watching a wall and straining to hear a distant microphone. Share notes and decisions in a channel afterwards so anyone who couldn't attend, in office or at home, has the same information.

Coach's tip: appoint someone in the room specifically to watch the chat and remote attendees — it's an easy role to forget and an easy fix.
