Keep work devices separate from family or shared computers where possible, lock the screen automatically after a short idle period, and make sure the home WiFi itself has a strong, unique password rather than the sticker default. If sensitive documents are ever printed at home, make sure they're stored or shredded securely, not left on a shared printer or in a bin.
Coach's tip: a locked screen habit protects far more than most security software — build it as automatic muscle memory.
