Report phishing properly instead of just deleting it

Most email security tools, including the built-in Microsoft "Report" button, let you flag a phishing email so it's analysed and, ideally, automatically removed from everyone else's inbox too. Simply deleting it protects only you — reporting protects the whole team.

Coach's tip: agree one simple reporting method with the whole company (a button or a forward-to address) so people actually use it under pressure.
